A. INTRODUCTION:
As a result prolonged cooperation with and support from State Committee for Entrepreneurial Development ( Ukraine, Kiev), State Administration of Sevastopol city, International Franchise Association / IFA, Sibley International ( USA, Washington DC ), Russian Franchise Association
( Russia, Moscow ), was established, first in Ukraine`s small business history,
Association Development Franchise in Ukraine / ADFU.

C. THE MAIN GOALS ADFU:
- Assistance in realization practice steps to promote franchise in sphere services / goods / works by means enterprises small and middle business all around in Ukraine.
- Improving the legal and environment situation within which franchise operate
- Building local / regional franchise capacity based on Code of principles and standards of conduct

D. THE MAIN TASK ADFU:
Assistance in creation legal-regulatory framework and organization condition for quality development enterprises small and middle business with consecutively promotion franchise on regional level all around in Ukraine.

E. ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE ADFU:
- Department: "Information - Consulting" - responsible for education program, assisting the select franchises to apply for financing, supporting changes in legal and regulatory framework to favor franchise.
- Department: "Legal and Regulatory Framework" - promotion all need legal frameworks and protection and registration of intellectual property, trademarks, and logos.
- Department: "Build membership ADFU" - create local consultants, who should be mentored by expatriate experts, giving them skills to advise local enterprises on the suitability of franchising and widen new membership from regional level to ADFU.

I. SHORT / LONG GOALS ADFU:

* Short term goal: During one year, especially after visiting 10th Annual international Franchise EXPO ( Washington DC 18 - 20 May ), to reinforce position ADFU in Ukraine and find ways for effective cooperation with International Franchise Association / IFA and Sibley International to create next step for support promotion franchise in Ukraine.

* Long term goal: During the next three years organize really acting ADFU, which would be assist people organize franchise in sphere services / goods / works in Ukraine`s market space.
